Previous Versions
Version 1.5.0 (23 November 2022)

Improvements
Better Selection and Replacement in the Gutenberg Editor
Over time, the Gutenberg editor and its UI have changed for the better. But this made it tricky for Acrolinx to reliably select and replace issues. We've changed that with this release! You now get new and improved highlight and selection behaviors.
Updated to PHP 8.0
We've updated the minimum PHP version to 8.0. This is because support for PHP version 7.x ended in November 2022.
WordPress Score Now Updated After Automated Check
To make it easier for writers to keep track content quality, we've improved parts of the Batch Check feature in WordPress. This replaces the Embed Check Data feature. Learn more about batch checking in WordPress!
Smoother Batch Checking
We're excited to bring you an even smoother batch checking experience in WordPress. Now, you won't lose a whole check if a single request fails. You'll see a message about the failed check in the WordPress logs instead. The integration will then cancel the individual check, but the cancellation won't affect the rest of the files in your batch check.
Better Logging of HTTP 400 Errors
If Acrolinx for WordPress runs into an HTTP 400 error, you'll see it in the WordPress logs. In case you run a batch check and the UI doesn’t update with the Acrolinx Score, this makes it easier to take care of any debugging.

Bug Fixes
403 Message Instead of a Scorecard
You wanted to take a closer look at your check results and eagerly opened the Scorecard but got a 403 message instead?
We fixed this small proxy issue.
Scorecard Link Opened Sign-In Page
When connected to platform version 2019.09, the link to the Scorecard led to a sign-in page. We prefer the direct route to our Scorecard, so we’ve fixed this.
