Issue
The attempt to connect from the Acrolinx Integration to the Acrolinx Application fails with the connection error: We couldn't connect to Acrolinx.
Cause
Zscaler is used to filter and monitor the ingoing and outgoing connections.
Solution
Verify the Zscaler configuration:
- Make sure that the Acrolinx URL is on the SSL inspection exclusion list.
- Make sure that the Acrolinx URL is on the allowed list for connections.
